Components:
- 1.5 lt milk, whole
- 170g semolina, finely chopped
- 6g stevia
- 60g Protein Drink Formula 1 - Vanilla Cream Flavor
- For serving
- Cinnamon, grated
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into the pot. Simmer over medium heat and stir with a whisk constantly, until the mixture thickens. Stir constantly with the hand wire so that the mixture in the pot does not clot. Then, pour the milk pie mixture into a buttered rectangular pan with a diameter of 25X25cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C in air for 70 ′, until it turns brown on top and the mixture has thickened a little. Once it is ready, let the milk pie cool outside the oven, cut it into square pieces and serve sprinkling with cinnamon.
