Vanilla Blondies

Components:
- 100 gr. dried plums
- 100 gr. canola oil (plus for greasing the pan)
- 90 gr. coconut sugar
- 40 gr. melted white chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 208 gr. Protein Drink Formula 1Vanilla Cream
- 125 gr. wholemeal flour
- 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 40 gr. drops of dark chocolate or chocolate cut into pieces
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C / signal in air and grease a square pan of about 20 cm. Add the prunes to the blender or mixer until smooth and then add the canola oil, coconut sugar, melted white chocolate, eggs, vanilla Formula 1 Vanilla Cream Protein Drink, flour and bacon. Stir together half the amount of dark chocolate.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and scatter the remaining chocolate drops or pieces of chocolate on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm. Let it cool completely, cut it and serve.
