Mocha Cheesecake
  • * 50g chopped seedless apple
  • 2 tablespoons almond spread
  • 70g of oats
  • 1 dried date
  • 8 scoops (92g) High Protein Iced Coffee Tasting Mocha
  • 300g cream cheese or low fat cottage cheese
  • 100g plain yogurt (high protein)
  • Lemon juice

Place a baking tray in a 450g mold or on a 10-18 cm plate, greasing the pan with a little oil and then cut off the excess glue pieces to fit exactly into the pan. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. In a blender, mix the apple until it becomes homogeneous like puree and then add the almond butter until the ingredients are homogeneous. Then add the oats and stir until the mixture is uniform.

Place the oat mixture in the mold and with the back of a metal spoon smooth the surface until a base is formed. Bake for 15 minutes and then let it cool completely. In a blender, mix the dates until soft. In a large bowl, mix the High Protein Iced Coffee with Mocha flavored dates, the 200 grams of cream cheese, half the yogurt and the lemon juice until the ingredients are completely homogeneous. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice. Place the mixture on top of the oat base you have in the mold, spreading it over the entire surface of the mold. Add the cream cheese mixture and mix for a while to get a shape. Smooth the surface with the back of a dessert spoon and then freeze the dessert overnight or for at least 4 hours. Remove the mixture from the pan with a spatula and then cut the cheesecake into four slices. Keep the dessert frozen.
