Components:
- 4 scoops Protein Drink Formula 1 - Cookie Crunch Flavor
- ¼ Mr. Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp. soft peanut butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 100ml water
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until smooth.
- Put a pan on medium heat until it burns (add a few drops of water to make sure).
- Pour a little oil on kitchen paper and lightly rub the surface of the pan with it.
- Pour a spoonful of the mixture into a pan corresponding to a diameter of about 8 cm and bake until the bottom side turns brown.
- Turn the pancake over and bake until the other side turns brown.
- Serve directly from the pan, garnish with your favorite forest fruits or other fruits of your choice and enjoy!
