Herbalife Nutrition Pizza

One of the most popular and favorite foods of all has just been upgraded, as the pizza we recommend does not contain any added sugar and is an excellent source of protein.

Servings: 2
Components:
  • For the dough:
  • 150 g organic white hard flour and a little extra for kneading
  • 2 servings (15 g) Beta heart®
  • 2 servings (12 g) Formula 3 Individual Protein Powder
  • 1½ kg baking powder
  • ¼ κ.γ. salt
  • 120 ml hot water
  • For the pizza ingredients:
  • 1 serving (32 g) Gourmet Tomato Soup
  • ½ κ.γ. oregano
  • 50 ml of water
  • 75 g mozzarella grated or slightly crushed
Method:

For the dough:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C or 160 ° C if using air. Mix all the ingredients for the dough to homogenize

Knead the dough well for 10 minutes until it acquires a uniform, light and elastic texture and shape it into a ball. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or mixer with a dough hook. Flour the surface on which you will work and open the pizza dough to a diameter of about 30 cm and a thickness of 4-5 mm. Transfer the pizza base to a baking tray.

 

For materials:

Mix the Gourmet Tomato Soup with the oregano and water until the mixture has a ketchup-like texture. Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly on the dough using the back of a spoon and leave 1 cm of the edges of the dough uncovered. Finally, distribute the mozzarella evenly and bake the pizza on a low grill for 14-16 minutes until it turns brown and puffs. .

 

Advice: You can add salt, pepper, sugar, garlic, herbs or spices at will
