Tropical Coconut Mousse with Formula 1 Banana Cream

Try this delicious dessert with tropical flavors that is low in fat, rich in protein and quick to prepare. Enjoy it with seasonal fruits or on its own!

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 scoop (15 ml) Concentrated Aloe Juice with Mango Flavor
  • ½ box (200 ml) low-fat coconut milk
  • 4 servings (24 g) Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
  • 2 scoops (26 gr.) Formula 1 Protein Drink with Banana Cream Flavor
  • Grate orange peel and juice of 1 lime
  1. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  2. Place the flesh in the blender and add the Mango Flavored Aloe Juice, Coconut Milk, Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder, Banana Cream Flavored Protein Drink, orange zest and juice.
  3. Beat the ingredients well until a uniform and viscous mixture is formed.
  4. Serve in glasses or bowls and garnish with lime zest.

Tip: place the mixture on an ice cream machine for a delicious iced dessert!
